How quoting works
- Send your requestUse the form or message us directly.
- Send your artworkIf you have a logo or design, send it in the WhatsApp chat. No artwork? We can design it for an additional charge, quoted upfront.
- Approve the proofWe send a digital proof. Check it carefully, then sign off in writing.
- Pay & printWe print exactly as approved once payment reflects.
Artwork & proof terms
- Your artwork. Please send your own artwork where you have it: PDF, AI, CDR, or high-resolution PNG or JPG. Low-resolution images may print blurry.
- Design on request. If you ask us to create or redo artwork, design work is charged in addition to printing. We quote the design fee upfront.
- Proof before print. We send a digital proof before every job. Check all spelling, names, dates, numbers, contact details, colours, sizes and layout. Take extra care with grave boards and memorial plaques.
- Sign-off is final. Once you approve the proof in writing (a WhatsApp or email reply counts), we print it exactly as approved. Wavestack is not liable for any errors or omissions in approved artwork. Corrections after approval are charged as a new job.
- Colour. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result, depending on the material and your device.
- Your right to use it. By sending artwork, logos or images, you confirm you have the right to use them. Wavestack is not responsible for supplied content.
- Print and supply only. Prices cover printing and supply. Installation, mounting and fitting are not offered.
- Payment. Printing starts once payment reflects in our account.
